Airfields: The EmmaField FSX coverage area includes 43 FAA-listed airports and seaplane bases as well as a handful of unlisted airfields. Each of these will receive basic enhancements such as accurate spatial location and altitude, removal of plateaus or trenches, current runway/taxiway/apron configurations, and appropriate size and type of skirtings. Moreover, 16 of the listed and all of the unlisted airfields will have sloping runways that follow the underlying terrain. All non-sloped airports will receive optional GA AI traffic. Note that the images of our airfields don't yet show the final set of enhancements.

KUIL Quillayute, a former military airbase on the west side of the Olympic Peninsula

WA45 Olympic Field. An interesting side-by-side configuration of airstrip and floatplane base. The default version is incorrectly placed and doesn't have the floatplane pond.

WN47 Bear Valley Skyranch. Boring green strip in default FSX but actually a charming little airfield south of Olympic National Park.

11S Sekiu. Interesting near-ridge location above the Strait of Juan de Fuca. The default airfield shows the typical oversized skirting and flatten.

S16 Copalis State. A sand airstrip right on the beach! FSX default places it too far inland.

6WA2 Gower Field. The "Courchevel of the Olympic Mountains" with a turf runway fit for a skateboard park ;-) Includes a floatplane base in Henderson Inlet.
